3 doses of cervidil to induce cervix dilation.. last one fell out with bloody mucus?

So they're trying to ripen my cervix to put me into labour, as my body just fights against anything happening. I've been in 3 days in a row now for cervidil insertion...suffered HORRENDOUS cramping and pressure in my lower body, my third one just fell out with a lot of brownish mucus on it.... and lots of extra mucus. Is this normal? I have an appointment in the morning, but anyone know what thats all about?
