Moderate period bleeding 2 weeks after Mirena?

hey i got my mirena fitted in 13th may and im bleeding since i got it in almost 2wks now and i dont see any sign of it to stopping..its not heavy but it bright red and sometimes its lighter and i think oh maybe today i'll stop bleeding but the next morning it appears again..its soo annoying although i have read that this could last 3-6months..so hang in there.
