Tampax pearl vs. playtex sport?

okay, so i am looking for a tampon for my first time cuz im sick of bulky pads cant swim in them its hard to dance in ( im a dancer) and im 12 and this will be my 3rd period coming up. which tampons should i try? playtex sport or tampax pearl? pros and cons of both( absorbancy, insertion, taking it out, leaking) i need something thts good for dancing, swimming,etc.
